Kira Chantel, LPN, CLT, LSO
Kira Chantel is Co-Founder and Clinical Director of LuxSchön, a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Laser Technician, and Laser Safety Officer. She holds a B.S. in Medical Studies from Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and is advancing her clinical training through graduate nursing studies. She built her foundation in plastic surgery and specializes in advanced laser treatments, skin refinement, and surgical consulting, pairing technical precision with an artist's eye. As a clinical instructor at Luxury Aesthetics Institute, she also trains other laser technicians, with particular focus on safe, effective treatment of every skin tone. Her care is precise, honest, and client-led, grounded in advocacy for each client and the belief that beauty should be defined on your own terms.
Latoya Beverly, MS, CLT, LSO
Latoya Beverly is the Founder and CEO of Luxury Aesthetics Institute (LAI) and Co-Founder of LuxSchön Med Spa, bringing more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, business strategy, and leadership. A former Respiratory Care Practitioner, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master of Science in Management, along with credentials as a Certified Laser Technician, Laser Safety Officer, and Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner.
With consulting experience supporting Fortune 500 healthcare organizations including Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum, Latoya brings enterprise-level strategy into the aesthetics industry. She is the creator of the Lux Equity™ Framework, developed to advance inclusive, melanin-conscious education and care across LAI and LuxSchön.
Her approach bridges clinical science, business innovation, and whole-person beauty and wellness—helping shape a more inclusive and elevated standard for modern aesthetics.
Indira Villa, RN
Indira Villa, RN, is a Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector with over a decade in medicine and more than five years focused on aesthetics. Based in Gilbert, she is known for a thoughtful, personalized approach and for natural, balanced results that age well over time. Her work blends advanced injectable technique with regenerative medicine, including wrinkle relaxers, dermal filler, PRF and PRF gel, biostimulators, microneedling, and collagen-stimulating treatments that support long-term skin health and facial harmony. Her philosophy leads with regenerative medicine and collagen stimulation, using filler as a subtle finishing touch rather than the foundation of a treatment. She prioritizes skin quality, facial balance, and timeless results over trends, so patients feel refreshed and confident while still looking like themselves.
Mary McMillin, FNP-C
Mary McMillin, FNP-C, is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and serves as Medical Director for LuxSchön, overseeing medical protocols, laser and IPL safety, and clinical standards. She holds a master's degree in Family Practice and is licensed in six states. Certified in Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced injection techniques since 2016, she has trained alongside some of the industry's most respected injectors. Her wider expertise spans medical wellness, bioidentical hormone replacement, hormone pellet therapy, and anti-aging peptides, giving LuxSchön a comprehensive, safety-first foundation for its injectable and wellness services.
Megan, RN
Megan brings nearly eight years of experience working exclusively as a registered nurse in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She is an advanced injector specializing in full-face and neck rejuvenation and trained at an Allergan Top 250 practice. Megan is experienced with all major dermal fillers, neurotoxins, biostimulators, medical-grade skincare, and GLP-1 weight management therapies.
In November 2024, Megan was selected as a Faculty Assistant for the Allergan Medical Institute’s Accelerate program in Scottsdale, where she helped educate fellow injectors alongside industry leaders. She is also an aesthetics trainer and is passionate about mentoring other providers, believing that collaboration and continuing education elevate the specialty as a whole and ultimately lead to better patient outcomes. She has trained injectors throughout Arizona and Texas.
Known for her gentle touch and natural-looking results, Megan specializes in facial balancing and creating refreshed, never-overdone outcomes that enhance each patient’s unique features.
